1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region and that you will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit any malicious code, attempt to disrupt the website, or engage in fraudulent activity.

A breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.


2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent orders

  • Chargeback‑prone accounts

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

Prices, policies, and product availability may change at any time without notice.


3. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including card conditions, images, and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • Colours on your screen match the physical product

  • Product descriptions are error‑free

  • Inventory levels are always up to date

In some cases, an incorrect product image may appear on a listing. When this occurs, the product title and description take priority. If you ever need confirmation before purchasing, please contact us at thecardshop2025@gmail.com and we will gladly verify the item or provide photos.

If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or refund an order if necessary.


4. Condition of Cards

All singles listed on our website include a condition tag such as NM (Near Mint), LP (Lightly Played), or MP (Moderately Played). These condition tags are based on our in‑house visual evaluation of the card’s surface, edges, corners, and overall structural integrity.

We do not take centering into consideration when assigning condition tags.

If you require additional verification before purchasing, you may request photos of any single by contacting us at thecardshop2025@gmail.com. We are happy to provide images upon request, but once a purchase is made, all sales remain final.

Graded cards are sold as received from the grading company. We do not guarantee any specific subgrades or regrades.


5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount.


6. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy, which outlines:

  • Processing times

  • Delivery expectations

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • International shipping rules

  • Customs and import responsibilities

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


7. International Orders & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non‑refundable.


8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

By purchasing from our store, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy, which states:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns or exchanges

  • No order cancellations

  • No refunds on singles, sealed products, or accessories

Exceptions may be made only in cases of incorrect or damaged items, as outlined in our policy.


9. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear suspicious or violate our policies.


10. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:

  • Harassment or abuse

  • Reselling or scraping data

  • Interfering with security features

  • Illegal purposes

Violation of these rules may result in termination of service.

  • Misgraded cards or subjective condition disputes

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
